ProperSwap Terms and Conditions

  • Introduction:
    • Welcome to ProperSwap, the platform that facilitates home swapping for property owners. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of ProperSwap's website and services, including any updates or changes made to them from time to time. By accessing or using the ProperSwap platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

  • ProperSwap Services:
    • ProperSwap is a platform that enables property owners to exchange their homes with each other also enables car and land owners. To use the ProperSwap platform, you must create an account and provide accurate and complete information about yourself and your property. You must also upload all necessary legal documents such as deeds, titles, and any other relevant information pertaining to your property. ProperSwap provides a search feature that allows you to find other properties that are available for exchange, and connect with the owners of those properties to discuss the possibility of a swap. ProperSwap may also provide you with the assistance of our agent who can guide you through the process, including negotiating terms with the other party. ProperSwap does not guarantee the availability of any properties for exchange or the success of any property exchange. ProperSwap is not responsible for any misrepresentation or fraud by any of its users.
  • User Conduct:
    • You agree to use ProperSwap in accordance with these Terms and Conditions and any applicable laws and regulations. You must not use ProperSwap for any unlawful or prohibited purpose, including but not limited to: Posting false or misleading information about yourself or your property Using ProperSwap to conduct any fraudulent activity Violating the intellectual property rights of ProperSwap or any third party Interfering with or disrupting the ProperSwap platform or its servers Attempting to gain unauthorized access to ProperSwap or its servers Using ProperSwap to send unsolicited commercial messages ProperSwap reserves the right to terminate your account or restrict your access to the platform if you violate these Terms and Conditions.

    • ProperSwap collects personal data from users in order to facilitate home swapping, but also places restrictions on the use of the platform and provides guidelines for the protection of users' personal data.
  • Fees:
    • ProperSwap may charge fees for the use of its platform or any additional services provided by ProperSwap or its agent. You will be notified of any applicable fees before you use any service that requires payment.
  • Limitation of Liability:
    • ProperSwap is not liable for any damages or losses resulting from your use of its platform or any property exchange facilitated by ProperSwap. ProperSwap is not responsible for any disputes between users or any misrepresentation or fraud by any of its users.
